The pancakes with sweet potatoes filling/Naleśniki z farszem ze słodkich ziemniaków

Ingredients / Składniki

1. 6 pancakes / 6 naleśników
2. 2 sweet potatoes / 2 słodkie ziemniaki
3. 1 chilli / 1 chilli
4. 1 onion / 1 cebula
5. 250 g shrimps / 250 g krewetek


1. At first you make the pancakes according your favorite recipe./ Na początku zrób naleśniki wedłud ulubionego przepisu





2. Next boil sweet potatoes /Następnie ugotuj ziemniaki

3. Fry shrimps with chopped onion and chilli and add pinch of salt and pepper/Smaż krewetki z pokrojoną cebulą i chilli dodając szczyptę soli i pieprzu

4.Potatoes crush with fork, add fried shrimps and mix/Ziemniaki zgniec widelcem, dodaj usmażone krewetki i wymieszaj.





5. Place 1 pancake on a plate. In the center place a spoonful of filling and fold edges over to create a square packet/ Umieśc naleśnika na talerzu. Na środku połóż pełną łyżkę farszu i złóż w kopertę 





6. Place banana fritter flour in a shallow bowl and mix with water( one portion of flour with one portion of water). / Umieśc banana fritter flour w płytkiej misce i wymieszaj z wodą(jedna porcja mąki z jedną porcją wody)





7. Deep fry until golden brown./Smaż na głębokim oleju aż do zbrązowienia
